Sourcing & Fabricating Components & Large Welded Structure
The project consists of 1000+ parts from mechanical component to electrical, large welded frame to solid aluminum castings. The complexity of managing, sourcing for all these BOM are challenging from dealing with prescribed approve vendor only to the qualification of fabricated components. Lead time and quality aspect of it are also a challenge to juggle to which we have successfully persevere, endured and finally conquered.
Sub-Assembly
With such large complex assemblies, small sub-assemblies are also needed. Multiple sub-assemblies are being assemble with difference quantity requirement per the larger final assemblies.

Full Integration & Test
Full integration and aging test performed for 80 hours continuously ensuring maturity of the belts, components to functions within the operations stipulated parameters.
